About Buying Online

If you need to cancel your order with us, please contact us as soon as possible.

There will be a minimum re-stocking fee of 30% on all canceled orders not yet delivered. Some manufactures do charge more and we will advise you of the exact amount when you receive your return authorization number.You will be responsible for any additional freight costs.

If you have already received the material it can not be returned.

Returns will not be accepted for left over boxes, trim molding, underlayment, etc.

It is the responsibility of the installer to measure the job accurately. If you are measuring yourself, please
see our guide for measuring, or call us if you have any questions. It is not unusual to have one or two boxes
left over on a large project.
