This is a long overdue email, but one I promised I would send.  There are very  few manufacturers/businesses that I thought deserve an AWESOME review and promised to do one and failed.  However, our experience with you, Flooring Market and delivery was absolutely wonderful, I feel compelled.

We were a little leery of buying flooring over the internet.  We did our homework, found the flooring - but at those retail prices, there was no way.  Then we find you site and couldn`t believe the prices.  Again, still a little leery and ignorant of freight delivery.  In the end this has been a wonderful experience.  When you tell your customers that their floors will be delivered in 2 weeks, you are not kidding, they are delivered in 2 weeks!!  As far as delivery, Roadway was AWESOME!!  I thought the delivery was going to be the hard part, they were just as personable as you Robert, I wouldn`t let that stop a persective customer one bit!

What got me the most, you didn`t toss us to the side once we purchased and received the floors.  You TAKE THE TIME to answer our silly questions and provided useful tips and recommendations.

By the way, we FINALLY got the kitchen and family room done - and the floors are BEAUTIFUL!!!  At retail prices, we couldn`t afford to even do a bathroom, but thanks to Flooring Market and Robert - I`m getting a majority of my entire floor done!

Robert, I `m spreading the word.  I only wish that there were more companies such as yours to do business wtih.  We will be doing business with you again!!

While being in California, I was initially skeptical of the entire flooring order being shipped here since many of the folks here told me to buy it locally rather than ordering over the web.

But, one phone call to your place, and I was convinced that I was doing the right thing by buying the laminate flooring from your place. By allowing me pick up the local Shaw warehouse, it made me skip all the shipping and handling fees, which would have been a whole lot in my case.

You asked for comments on our recent purchase.  Here they come!

We recently had an estimate to have our floors re-done in our basement.  Labor and everything came to over $7500.  The flooring and floater pad totaled over $4200 of that amount.  Being die-hard do-it-yourselfers, we did not like this.  I started searching the web for prices for Shaw Beacon Hill Beveled Laminate.  When Robert quoted me a price of $2.17 sq. ft. we were happier than pigs in slop.  However, we didn’t immediately submit an order.  We checked out Flooring Market, took a short vacation, and maybe 10-14 days later, called in our 1100 sq. ft. order.  The price had jumped to $2.49 sq. ft., but, Robert honored the lower price!  We saved over $1400!  I thank the Lord for letting me find your wonderful wholesale flooring site.  I have referred you to my niece and best friend.  I will refer you to anyone who comes across my path that is looking for flooring!

    I just finished the Konecto install that we purchased from you at the end of last month.  It only took about 14 hours to install 550 sqft, and we did multiple closets and a bathroon, all continous without threshold stips.  It looks wonderful and I really had no problems with the install.  Thanks again for so strongly recommending the Konecto, we are thrilled with it!

Thought I`d drop you a line and tell you how pleased I am with the way this all happened. We had one minor communication problem that I`m sure was the result of your company having an educational meeting of which you warned me about. This was my first online purchase and talking to you made me feel like you were family. After our last talk I made contact with the trucking company and they informed me of the truck arrival time in our little town of Cadiz. I met the truck and the driver was so kind he said what ever worked for me was fine for him. The pallet was shrink wrapped and all the boxes looked like they just left the factory. He helped me with the loading into my pickup truck and I`ll bet we parted company in ten minutes.

I have layed the floor in our kitchen and it is all done and looks great, a little hard on my old knees. I can`t believe how easy this was and know I saved a lot of money.

We wanted to let you know about our experience with ordering via Internet and dealings with your company has been a much enjoyable experience!  Ordering,and receiving the product went smoothly.  Quality of the Scandian flooring was high and installation was easy.  The only problem we had was having proper installation instructions in the boxes.  We had to call the Scandian company direct to get the recommend installation instructions.   We recommend that you put the installation instruction on you Internet site. We will recommend your company to local contractors!

Chestnut for my home here in Ohio.

All I can say is "WOW"!!!

Absolutely gorgeous - installed it myself, went in smooth as silk, no gaps,
no warps, snug as can be. Even have had folks ask me who the professionals
were that put it in.

The natural color and beauty is like nothing we`ve ever seen, or our guests
who often ask what type of wood it is - they love it. Has held up extremely
well - the coating put on by the manufacturer is outstanding.

The Konecto flooring arrived in Santa Maria yesterday & Joe picked up
half of it this morning, and is on his way home as I write with the
other half. I peeked in one of the boxes and as you may remember I was
not able to see a sample when I ordered, so I was a little unsure of
the color. Well, I just love it! I know I made the right choice. Thank
you so much for all your assistance with the whole process.

I can hardly wait until we are ready to install it (lots to do
beforehand, a minor "remodel" with removing things, adding things,
painting, etc... all before the flooring goes down)

Hi Robert,

Just wanted to say THANKS!!! The floor was delivered at the end of the day
the morning before it was scheduled to be installed. Making me even more
nervous, the guy laying the sealant told me the floor HAD to be put down
within 24 hours of the sealant that was already down with no shipment in
sight. Luckily, it came through. The Reddaway driver unloaded it all for
me on one big palette without me asking.

Great product, great service, great price! I`m your biggest fan right now.
I`ve been through a long, messed up remodel, so believe me, it`s nice when
things go perfectly!
